What is ‘appropriate behaviour and conduct?’
The university outlines what it deems to be appropriate behaviour and conduct in the Student Behaviour and Conduct Ordinance, and Behaviour Policy . These cover cases of (but are not limited to) unlawful discrimination, bullying, victimisation and sexual misconduct.
What is the process for an accusation of a breach of student conduct?
The process varies depending on the situation, so it is important to read the Ordinance, Procedure & Policy so you can understand the process for your own situation. If you have any questions, we are here to help.
