Launceston Health Students’ Society is a society committed to improving the Launceston medical students’ mental wellbeing by providing free monthly breakfasts and regular snacks. This encourages the students at the Launceston Clinical School to engage with their peers, build connections, check in with each other and to remind them to take care of themselves in order to take care of others. We meet regularly on a monthly basis, with additional meetings as required before events.
